Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the judgment dated 23.01.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.28013/2023 (Hempal Singhai Vs. The State of M.P. and others) based on which the impugned order has been passed, has been duly complied with by the State.
Learned Deputy Advocate General appearing on behalf of appellants/State submits that there are certain distinguishing features in the two cases and the aforesaid judgment is not squarely applicable to the facts of the present case.
