JABALPUR, India, March 31 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 26:
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right of the appellant to raise the issue after the civil dispute is decided between the private parties.
In view of above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
