JABALPUR, India, April 17 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 17:
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in view of the communication dated 08.02.2025 (Annexure C-8), the respondents do not wish to press the Contempt Petitions Nos.3582/2023 and 3579/2023.
In view of the said statement, the Contempt Petitions Nos.3587/2023 and 3579/2023 are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the present Contempt Appeals are also disposed of.
