JABALPUR, India, May 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on April 6:
Subject petition has been styled as Public Interest Litigation. It is an admitted position that petitioner was a party to the proceedings before the revenue authorities.
Since petitioner was a party before the revenue authorities and the allegation is that the his personal right of way has been disturbed, we are of the view that a public interest litigation at the behest of petitioner would not be maintainable and the same is accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to pursue his in accordance with law.
The petition is disposed of in the above term.
