MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON RAJENDER KUMAR PATHAK AND OTHERS V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, March 28 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 25:

1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the petition by way of subsequent action of the respondents, the petition has become infructuous. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioners to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law.

2. In view of above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
