JABALPUR, India, March 31 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 27:
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the financial bid of the bidders was opened and M/s Azhar Road Lines, Shahdol had not quoted the lowest price.
He placed on record a communication dated 26.02.2026, the same is taken on record.
In view of the communication dated 26.02.2026, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner under instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
