Learned counsel for appellants submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the appellants he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent no.2 i.e. General Manager, District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd. Shahdol to decide the representation of the appellants in a time bound manner.
In view of the above, appeal is disposed of directing the General Manager, District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd. Shahdol to decide the representation of the appellants within a period of two months from today, if not already decided.
