JABALPUR, India, March 28 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 24:
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there are certain technical defects in the petition and accordingly he seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh in accordance with law.
In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
