JABALPUR, India, May 1 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 31:
By this petition, petitioner seeks quashing of letter dated 21.08.2025, whereby the appointment of petitioner as an Oath Commissioner has not been renewed on the ground that petitioner did not apply within time for a renewal and the application was delayed by 64 days.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was suffering from Jaundice and because of the said illness, could not apply for extension within the stipulated period.
By order dated 23.02.2026, this Court had raised the query as to whether any person had been appointed in place of the petitioner till date or not.
