JABALPUR, India, March 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 13:
Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the rights of the petitioner to initiate an appropriate proceeding under the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961.
Petition, is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
