RANCHI, India, May 29 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 29:

1. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the respondent.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the entire amount of compensation assessed under the National Highways Act for acquisition of the ancestral land of these petitioners, were paid to the mothers of the petitioners and aunt of the petitioner No.2. The petitioners though have share in the same property, have not been paid any amount of compensation.
