1. Heard Ms. Kaushiki Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 02.01.2026 passed in B.P. No.569 of 2025, arising out of Latehar P.S. Case No. 284 of 2022, by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Latehar, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has been implicated only on the basis of suspicion and the fact that while fleeing away the extremists were taking the name of each other.
