RANCHI, India, May 1 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 30:
1. Heard the learned counsel representing the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the respondents.
2. In this case the petitioner prayed that re-examination of paper-I and paper-II of the Semester-I of his M.Phil examination be directed to be taken as on the date when the examination was conducted he had his LLB entrance examination and he choose to appear in the LLB entrance examination, he could not appear in paper-I and paper-II of the Semester-I of the M.Phil examination.
