This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed at the instance of the petitioners for restoration of Cr.M.P. No. 3414 of 2025 to its original file.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Cr.M.P. No. 3414 of 2025 was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order of filing requisites. It is further submitted that due to inadvertence, the said requisites could not be filed within the stipulated time.
