JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SHYAM LAL YADAV V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, May 21 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 20:

1. Heard Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P.

2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 11.02.2026 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Lohardaga in Bail Petition No. 07 of 2026, arising out of Senha P.S. Case No. 117 of 2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.

3. It has been alleged that on information, police had conducted raid in the house of Nasim Ansari, who had disclosed about arms and ammunitions being kept with the present appellant.
