RANCHI, India, April 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 9:
1. The prayer of bail of the petitioner was earlier withdrawn. Now the petitioner has renewed his prayer.
2. This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 318(4) of B.N.S. and Section 66(c) and 66(D) of I.T. Act.
3. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order.
