RANCHI, India, April 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 9:

1. Heard the learned counsel representing the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks appointment as teacher pursuant to the Advertisement No. 13 of 2023 considering the fact that the petitioner is successful candidate and just because she has not passed JTET (Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test) examination, her case has not been considered.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that after 2016 JTET examination in the State of Jharkhand has not been held thus it deprived the petitioner from getting appointment as she could not appear in JTET examination to attain the said qualification. She submits that s...
