RANCHI, India, March 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 24:
1. It has been submitted that since election has already been over, hence, there is no surviving cause of action and as such the present writ petition has become infructuous.
2. In view of the above submission, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
