This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer for modification of the order dated 06.07.2021 passed in A.B.A. No.1730 of 2021.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 06.07.2021 passed in A.B.A. No.1730 of 2021, the petitioner was given the privileges of anticipatory bail and directed to surrender in the court of learned ACJM, Chatra within six weeks and upon depositing of a demand draft of Rs.25,000/- as an ad-interim victim compensation, the petitioner was to be enlarged on bail.
