RANCHI, India, June 16 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 15:
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. I.A No. 3248 of 2026 has been filed in W.P(S) No 5215 of 2025 for amending para-1 and prayer portion of writ petition for adding one additional prayer i.e. for quashing of Notice No 288, dated 10.02.2026; whereby, the candidature of petitioner has been rejected.
3. There is no objection from the contesting respondents; accordingly, I.A No. 3248 of 2026 stands allowed and the same is being treated as part of this writ petition.
4. Since common issue is involved in all these writ petitions; as such, with consent of the parties, all were heard together and are being disposed of by this common judgment. For br...
