RANCHI, India, March 8 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 6:
1. In this writ petition, the petitioners at the present are abandoning their prayer nos. 1 (i), (ii) and (iii). They confine their prayer to prayer no. 1(iv), which is in respect of encashment of Earned Leave of 300 days.
2. After hearing the parties, I find that petitioner no. 1 was Darwan-cum-Peon, petitioner no. 2 was Peon-cum-Watchman, petitioner no. 3 was Typist-cum-Clerk and petitioner no. 4 was Clerk. All of them are non-teaching staffs of Yogoda Satsanga Mahavidyalaya, Ranchi. These petitioners have not been paid encashment of earned leave.
