RANCHI, India, April 24 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 24:
1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the respondent No.5.
3. The petitioner in this writ application has prayed for post retiral benefits.
4. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent No.4, it has been stated in para-7 that no cause of action survives against the respondents. After referring it, counsel for the respondent No.5 submits that all the amounts have been paid. He submits that there is typographical error in the counter affidavit regarding the amount paid.
5. Considering the said submissions, I am not inclined to keep this writ petition pending.
