RANCHI, India, June 16 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 14:
1. Heard learned counsels for petitioners and for State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chouparan PS Case No.370 of 2021, for offence registered under section 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 504 and section 34 IPC, pending in court of learned JMFC, Hazaribagh.
3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and in the case lodged by the petitioners the charge sheet has already been submitted against the husband of the informant of the present case.
