RANCHI, India, April 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 9:
1. The matter relates to Gidhour P.S. Case No.34/2025, dated 14.05.2025, pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge cum NDPS Act, Chatra.
2. Mr. Binod Kumar Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this application as the petitioner has already been apprehended.
3. Ms. Nehala Sharmin, learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.
4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
