RANCHI, India, March 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 25:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
"i. For direction upon the respondent authorities to forthwith commence and complete the construction of the duly approved Health Centre at Tarkhutta Panchayat, Block-Poreyahat, District- Godda, in terms of the approval already granted by the competent authorities, within a fixed and reasonable time frame, in the interest of public health and welfare.
ii. For a further direction upon the respondents to ensure availability of basic infrastructure, manpower and medical facilities in the said Health Centre immediately upon completion of construction, so as to...
