1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for a direction to the respondents concerned for payment of interest @ 6% P.A. on the delayed payment of Salary, due to fake allegations of verification of Educational Certificates of the present petitioner levelled by the respondent no. 4 i.e., Head Maulvi and his full brother i.e. respondent no. 5, who is the Secretary of the Madarsa, are liable to pay the interest as due to their fake allegations, the petitioner has suffered a lot and as such, he is entitled to get the interest@6% P.A. in the light of the judgment rendered vid...
