RANCHI, India, March 8 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 6:
1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :-
"(a) for issuance of an appropriate writ, order, or direction, specifically a writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the Respondent No. 2 (The Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi) to hear and dispose of the pending Mutation Revision Case No. 54R15/2025-26 (titled Mukesh Nag vs. Smt. Prachi), as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a fixed time-bound period of two (02) months;
(b) for issuance of an appropriate order or direction that during the pendency of the said Mutation Revision Case No.54R15/2025-26, an order of status quo be passed, directing all parties to maintain the ...
