RANCHI, India, March 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 24:
1. Heard Mr. Shailesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant and learned Spl.P.P.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 21.01.2026 passed in M.C.A. No.151 of 2026, arising out of Mahuda P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025, by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Dhanbad, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant was merely a worker in the gun factory which was being run in the premises of Murshid Ansari.
