RANCHI, India, May 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 6:

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to move before the Jharkhand Education Tribunal in view of enactment of the Jharkhand Education Tribunal Act, 2005.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents does not object and further submits that the petitioner should have gone to the Tribunal in view of enactment of the Jharkhand Education Tribunal Act, 2005.

3. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the instant application stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Jharkhand Education Tribunal for redressal of her grievances.
