JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KRISHNA SAHU AND ANR. V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, June 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 11:

1. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioners that inspite of the order passed by the Appellate Authority in SAR appeal, the name of the petitioners have not been entered in the revenue records appertaining to Khata No.38, Plot No.302, measuring an area 97 decimals, in Mouza Sithio Anchal-Senha, Dist.-Lohardaga.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Appellate Authority under the SAR proceeding has ordered in favour of father of the petitioner, thus the order should have been complied with by incorporating the name of the petitioners in the revenue records. He...
