RANCHI, India, April 3 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 27:
A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no.2 stating therein that a reasoned order has been passed in compliance to the direction of this Court.
Under the circumstance, contempt proceeding is dropped.
