1. Heard learned counsels for petitioner and for State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barkagaon PS Case No.285 of 2025, for offence registered under section 317(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 4 and 21 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, Rules 9 and 13 of Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017 and Rule 54 Jharkhand Mines and Mineral Concessions Rules, pending in court of learned J.M.F.C., Hazaribagh.
