RANCHI, India, March 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 17:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is not getting her salary as per the recommendation of the 7th PRC. He submits that the petitioner is entitled to get the scale in terms of the recommendation of the 7th PRC.
3. Considering the nature of the prayer, it is the University who has to first decide the claim of the petitioner. Thus, I direct the petitioner to approach the Registrar, Sidho Kanhu Murmu University, Dumka by filling a representation.
