RANCHI, India, May 15 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 13:
1. Reference may be made to order dated 13th March, 2026, whereby a report has been called for from the learned Member Secretary, JHALSA with respect to the issue of compensation, as has been observed in the impugned judgment.
2. Pursuant thereto, the report has been submitted by the JHALSA, as available at flag "X".
