RANCHI, India, March 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 17:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

For quashing the order dated- 29.05.2005 (Annexure- 20) issued by the District Cooperative Officer, Giridih in view of the order dated- 06.03.2025 passed in WP(C) no. 46 of 2025 through which the said authority in a most illegal and arbitrary and violation of the Principles of Natural Justice and in utter disregard to several relevant facts and government rules/resolutions stated by the petitioner with respect to his claims and grievances, rejected the claims of the petitioner and directed the petitioner to ensure delivery/ transportation of balance 157...
