This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for modification of the order dated 10.03.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.1575 of 2025.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 10.03.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.1575 of 2025, the petitioner was given the privileges of anticipatory bail and directed to surrender in the court of learned SDJM, Latehar within six weeks and upon depositing of a Cash Security of Rs.40,000/-, the petitioner was to be enlarged on bail.
