RANCHI, India, March 28 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 24:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for commanding upon the Respondent No.4 to pass an appropriate order on the application dated 09.01.2026 filed by the Petitioner for mutation by inheritance within a reasonable period.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the competent authority in accordance with law by making proper application in the prescribed form.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
