MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511115573 A) filed by Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on Nov. 22, 2025, for 'targeted delivery system using stimuli-responsive herbal nano-hydrogel for diabetic ulcer management.'
