MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641008913 A) filed by Vignan's Foundation For Science, Technology And Research, Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, on Jan. 29, for 'preparation and quality assessment of bread prepared by using wheat flour, tapioca sago flour (sabudana) and oat meal (daliya).'

Inventor(s) include Dr Shanker Suwan Singh.
