MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202431095009 A) filed by Tezpur University, Tezpur, Assam, on Dec. 3, 2024, for 'fabrication of a carbon nanotube-based enzyme field effect transistor (cnt-enfet) for the detection of sarcosine.'
