MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541125212 A) filed by Dr. Salma Kausar M, Bengaluru, Karnataka, on Dec. 11, 2025, for 'development of semiconductors through green synthesis of carbon quantum dots from natural precursors coriandrum sativum ( plant extracts ) and their applications.'
