Implementation of the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) involved the development of a generic application capable of catering to the diverse rules of procedure, practices and business processes followed across State/UT Legislatures, while addressing variations in the ICT infrastructure, baseline digitalisation, digital capacity and adoption of paperless legislative processes by stakeholders.
