The Institute of Legislative Drafting and Research has developed the third basic course to provide training in basic drafting in Hindi under the policy of Government of India , aimed at training officials of State Governments / UTs to develop legislative drafting capacity in Hindi and give priority to legislative drafting in Hindi .
