GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SHIVDHAN TUDU V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, May 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 16:

1. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has submitted that the sole appellant has died during pendency of this appeal and in this regard, she has already filed affidavit in terms of order dated 11.02.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

2. Considering such submission, this appeal is disposed of as abated.
