Heard Mr. A.M. Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Lahakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Since the respondent no.2 is the Officer-in-charge of the Algapur Police Station, Hailakandi, he is to be represented by the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and accordingly service is therefore complete.
