GAUHATI HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RAJ KUMAR BUKALSARIA AND ANR. V/S THE STATE OF ASSAM AND 5 ORS.

GUWAHATI, India, June 2 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on April 30:

1. Heard Mr. G. Khandelia, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K. Gogoi, learned Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent no.1; Ms. M.
