GUWAHATI, India, April 19 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on March 19:
1. Heard Ms. F. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam.
2. It is submitted by Ms. Ahmed, learned counsel that from the available information it is learnt that the case has already been charge sheeted against the present petitioner and as she submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to file appropriate application before the appropriate forum.
