GUWAHATI, India, March 24 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
1. Heard Mr. D. Chakrabarty, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In this petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.12.2025, and the subsequent order dated 20.01.2026, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) No. 4, Cachar, Silchar, in petition No. 65/14, connected with Misc. (J) Case No. 371/2025, arising out of Title Suit No. 95/2025.
