GUWAHATI, India, March 24 -- Gauhati High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:
Mr. D.P. Chaliha, learned Senior Advocate for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw these set of Interlocutory Applications with the liberty to the applicants to approach the concerned SLCs for consideration of their cases, failing which, they would be entitled to approach the appropriate forum.
Permission is granted.
Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
