DIRECTIONS UNDER SECTION 35A READ WITH SECTION 56 OF THE BANKING REGULATION ACT, 1949 - THE U.P CIVIL SECRETARIAT PRIMARY CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD., VIDHAN BHAWAN, LUCKNOW, U.P - EXTENSION OF PERIOD

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 9 -- Reserve Bank of India issued the following press release:

The Reserve Bank of India issued Directions under Section 35A read with Section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 to the U.P. Civil Secretariat Primary Co-operative Bank Ltd., Lucknow, vide Directive LKO.DOS.SED.No.S796/10-12-294/2025-26 dated March 11, 2026, for a period of six months up to close of business of September 11, 2026. The Reserve Bank of India is satisfied that in the public interest, it is necessary to further extend the period of operation of the Directive beyond September 11, 2026.
